A ruined town on the foothills of the Drachensgrabs, once ruled by the lich Brantis, the last of his family line.

A ruined town on the foothills of the [[Drachensgrab Mountains]], once ruled by the lich [[Brantis]], the last of his family line. 

Brantis, a devotee of the [[Cult of Death Undying]], forced the inhabitants of the town into a cruel dual-existance: living as humans by day, undead ghouls by night. 

Like the rest of his cult, Brantis was obsessed with returning the [[Fading Land of Necros]] to the Prime Material Plane and he very nearly succeeded in his quest. He was stopped in the 11th hour by the [[Blackrazor Guild]], who slew the lich and destroyed his power over the Brantis Hold (at which point all of the undead villagers dissolved into dust). The hold is presently uninhabited.
