Formerly part of the corrupt Great Kingdom, Innspa is now a Free City ruling over its own domain, but allied with one of Old Aerdy's successor states, the Great Kingdom of Northern Aerdy.
It's alliance was forced in no small party by a terrible blaze in CY 586 which destroyed nearly 1/4 of the city. It was accidentally -- some say intentionally -- set by a band of maurading adventurers who would go on to take over the Blackrazor Guild in Obsidian Bay.
