When White Dragons Attack

The dragon is incoming, and Morqual hides behind the captive. Gavin fumbles while trying to free her. As it swoops in, Thrax and Evadra attempt to blast but mist the dragon. Leartes blesses the party with the twin goddesses. Gavin frees the captive’s other limb. Thrax blasts with magic missile as the dragon attempts to scare everyone before breathing fortunately only catching Morqual. Leartes blasts the dragon while Gavin free’s the captive. After another miss by Evadra, Thrax blasts it with a full round of attacks. Leartes misses, while Morqual and Gavin attack in tandum striking the dragon. Thrax hits the dragon again who in turn speaks at Leartes “Child of Zek, you were all destroyed, you should not have returned.” Before attacking. Leartes then returns the hit to the dragon. The dragon strikes back dropping Leartes. Evadra strikes it, blooding it which causes it to burst up its breath. Unfortunately the dragon takes flight breathing below him. Evadra administers a healing potion to Leartes. Thrax causes the dragon to become drowsy, but it does not sleep. After some light damage vs the dragon, it breathes again killing Leartes. From there the party and dragon take turns striking one another until the dragon flees.

After healing their wounds, Thrax with aid of the party casts ‘’comprehend language’’. Thrax attempts to talk with the former captive, but is unable to speak, only comprehend. Find the temple was of their god Zek. But Zek was killed by his brother Nolg. Now all the former priests haunt the ziggurat. Girl is Rorin. Dragon is ghostfire. Nolg’s symbol is the eclipse. Party decides to head to Rorin’s village. Avoiding wolves and goblins along the way, Party arrives at the treetop village of Gurn. They are all Suel humans. Happy to see Rorin has returned, and take us to see the silver armed Chief Arik. Rorin is the chief’s daughter. Many dragons in mountains. Tal-Zek name of ziggurat. Houses the sword ‘’fireborn’’, which the village wishes to recover. Leartes shows the shaman his abilies. They believe he is the one prophesied to save the world. Party feasts, then rests.
