Broden and his friend Kosen the Fat wanted nothing more than to become famous adventurers. So when they caught a glimpse of Sir Krovacar Fawkes, they knew they were standing before a seasoned warrior. They followed Sir Fawkes around for some time, attempting to gain his acceptance. Unfortunately Sir Fawkes demanded that they first serve a term in the Army of Obsidian Bay if they are to properly serve him. To which they saw no option but to comply.
