Durant is rumored to be a mercenary of suspicious reputation, and is never seen without his distinctive bastard sword Blitzableiter. The blade is shaped into a jagged lightning bolt, with twin curved lightning bolts serving as the cross guard. The hilt is wrapped in the skin of a giant electric eel. Durant was last seen fleeing from the direction of the Blackened Stump shortly after a fire broke out in the establishment’s second floor "mayor’s suite".
