The Dwarkardumm (literally Clan Home) is the ruling council of Khelez Mar (most dwarven settlements have a similar organizational structure though names vary from Clan to Clan).
The Dwarkardumm is made up of the heads of all of the major clans in Khelez Mar, the high priests of all of the dwarven religions with an organized presence in Khelez Mar, and certain other worthy dwarves who are appointed to the position of ThoHar (Noble Stalwarts), widely recognized as prestigious heroes by the community (currently, Luc of Clan Krolnochak, Duklar of Clangeddin and Moraim of Ulla hold this post).
The Dwarkardumm is led by the head of the leading clan. In Khelez Mar, this is Thror DuBak.
