The Hall of Shattered Staves is the secret meeting place of the Order of the Broken Staff. No one knows where its located, or even if is a physical place -- some speculate that the Order's meeting place changes from time to time in an effort to throw off the attention of the Guild of Wizardry, others say the paranoid mages crafted their own demiplane to serve as their hall. Regardless, it is protected by the most potent charms and magic to defeat divination, and only full members of the order are allowed to enter it.
