Overview

In 527 cy, the tyrant mage Yenejg Tojan ruled the city of Blue for three years. As the mage's power grew his insanity grew with it. He was often seen babbling nonsense to himself and rubbing his medallion fixatedly, his only companion was a sly looking woman who emerged from the shadows only to whisper vile advice into the mage’s ear.
