The Spire (or Spear or Pillar) of Grummsh is a recently discovered or created relic sacred to the orcish patron god, Gummsh. It is located at the southwest foot of the Drachensgrab Mountains, about 2 days east of Stoneheim.

Outside of the Orcish Empire, little is known about the Spire of Gummsh, besides the fact that it is a powerful relic that conveys some mystical benefits upon some Orcs. What those benefits are or how they are conveyed is not know.
Recent intelligence gathered by agents of Khelez-Mar suggest that champions from all of the orcish tribes of the Lortmill Mountains receive these gifts of power from the site and are reborn as Three Mountains Orcs. These Three Mountains Orcs hold positions of religious and tribal power, and seem to command even other tribal leaders in some way.
The Spire is constantly surrounded by contingents from many tribes of orcs, worshippers and clergy of Grummsh and representatives from Stoneheim.
