Appearance
Guizepo seems pleasant enough. He's lanky, dressed garishly out-of-fashion, and his waxed mustache barely conceals a wide, easy grin. His head is shaved bald except for the mustache. He wears a round straw hat, painfully striped trousers, and a jacket that was apparently tailored for someone half his height. He appears unarmed, although there's occasionally a conspicuous clink of metal-on-metal.
History
Guizepo was a Carnival performer in Barovia. His astonishing feats of juggling, astounding feats of escape, and precision knife-throwing put smiles on the faces of even the most down-trodden of poverty-struck, horror-besieged peasants. Upon discovering that the Carnival was actually a pack of werewolves(!), he took a long, sad walk in the woods. The mists crept up, and the dark realm of Barovia ejected his good-hearted soul.
He found himself in the depths of a dungeon. Fortunately, a group of adventurers were already exploring the dungeon, and they allowed him to join them. In the end, the entire group was decimated by the lord of the dungeon, the kobold king.
