The Doomed Expedition is all the known members will refer to their previous organization by. All that's really known is that it was a group that set out for riches from the fabled Maure Castle. Unfortunately the group ran into more trouble than they could handle. The members were forced to scatter, eventually running into the Blackrazor Guild. None of the remaining members will talk about their former group. So who they were, and what goals they set for the castle remain a mystery.
