A young green dragon who briefly controlled a portal to the Faywild located in the Verdant Waste.

Overview

The Green Blight was young a green dragon who in CY 515 seized control of the Green Way, a portal to the Feywild in the Verdant Waste. He used the magics there to expand his territory, and to experiment on creatures. Some of those creatures, a group of Kobolds formed The Wing That Hunts.

Death

The Green Blight was killed by an adventuring party sent by the Griffins Guild. Specifically, he died when the elven ranger Tanevir shot a bag filled with soil and magic beans into the dragon's mouth. One of these beans turned into a pool of lava as it hit the ground, with the remainder of the beans dragging the dragon into the pool. [1]
