In 527 CY the tyrant mage Yenejg "The Seventh Arm" Tojan ruled the city of blue for three years. This rule was known as the Rule of the Seventh Arm.

Overview

In 527 cy, the Tyrant Mage ruled the city of blue for three years. This rule was known as the Rule of the Seventh Arm, as Tojan was seen as little more than a limb to his most dangerous accomplice, a merlith named Penfavasta. As the mages power grew his insanity grew with it. He was often seen babbling nonsense to himself and rubbing his medallion fixatedly, his only companion was a sly looking woman who emerged from the shadows only to whisper vile advice into the mage’s ear.

The mage’s rules was put to an end when Falerjan, a priest of Zilchus gathered a party of heroes and lead the population of blue into an uprising culminating in a final battle inside Tojan’s palace in blue where all of Falerjan’s henchmen were slain before defeating the Merilith that guarded Tojan. Falerjan personally slew Tojan and in typical Blue fashion the palace was looted and destroyed by a mob of angry citizens. At dawn the mad wizard Yenejg Tojan’s corpse was burnt at the stake, and the priesthood of Zilches, through Falerjan restored order to the city.

Yenejg Tojan is adapted from Tito Leati's adventure the Seventh Arm which appeared in Dungeon magazine issue #88
