A slightly skilled rogue and ruinously incompetent leader, Malvan once led the Blue Thieves Guild. After accruing some serious debts to all manner of Blue’s underworld, Malvan allegedly made a failed attempt on the life of a rival gang called The Cutters and then fled Blue altogether.
