Jolin Donnach is the leader of the Army of Geoff contingent at Fort Diligence, located on the outskirt of the Oytwood in Geoff. During the Liberation of Geoff, Fort Diligence was one of the foremost outposts of the Army and it was the site of a giant skirmish involving the Blackrazor Guild early in the war.

Since the end of the war the fort has evolved into a lumbering town, and Donnach is content to provide security for its growing population until a formal city guard is established.
