Quel was a young white dragon, the spawn of Skel, and twin to Icil. When Skel was killed by the Blackrazor Guild during the Liberation of Geoff, the twins were a bit lost. It was then that the wizard Illeris took advantage of the situation and befrended the dragons. He used them to terrorize the Barrier Peaks for some time; that is until the Blackrazors came to claim their prize. They killed the wizard, both dragons, and claimed Skel's horde (and that of the twins) for themselves.
