Sik-Al-Bresen-disia -- "Screams Like Flowing Blood" in the common tongue -- is the leader of one of the factions of the Uruk Hai orcs in the southern reaches of the Bone March. Screams-like-Flowing-Blood is actually one of a handful of "evolved orcs" in the region. It was he who intercepted the proto-Blackrazors after they stole a serpentine owl from a goblin lair, and took it from them.
