The most arcane of the city's guard barracks, this facility has a strong cadre of nearly 20 battle wizards associated with it.
The City Guard's various battle wizards meet here once a month to discuss tactics, and the contingent permanently stationed here is often called upon to reinforce their collegues if the need arises.
