The Dragon's Chicken Tavern is a popular, if strange, drinking hole in the Strange Quarter that’s frequented by adventurers, particularly those with devilish senses of humor.

Weekly illusionary duels are held in its common area, with expert mages vying to create ever more impressive illusions while at the same time defeating those of their opponents in mortal “combat”. It has a few rooms for rent, but these typically only go to the winners of the shadow matches below. Prices are 50% higher than in the PHB for non-mages, 25% lower for winning mages.
