The gigantic Temple of Kord doubles as a place of worship for the faithful and an outside arena for the city's public sports.
The Temple, as part of the rites to the Suel god of strength, often holds a variety of sporting events, including non-lethal combats, javalin and bow competitions, and much more. Events of one kind or another are held almost every night, making the temple a popular destination in Obsidian Bay, particularly among the rougher crowd.

- Kongregation of Kord: The god of Athletics, Sport and Brawling has a strong presence in Obsidian Bay, which is so profoundly known for its adventurer's guilds. Games of strength and ability are held almost nightly at this temple.
