The elegant, yet austre, headquarters of the Church of Rao in Obsidian Bay.

The Church of Rao's headquarters is a elegant, marble-faced building located in the city's wharf district, not far from the Citadel of Law.
Great pillars of marble rise are spaced evenly around the building and support its flat roof (similar to ancient Greek architecture). The center of the temple is open to the sky, and is filled with beautifully scuplted trees and a large reflecting pool.
About 30 followers of Rao live here permenantly, but many worshipers take advantage of the temple's numerous guest rooms, particularly those working at the Citadel. The temple itself is overseen by Tersan Fairspeaker (Clr 7), who manages its day-to-day operations and conducts many of its daily and weekly worship services.
