The majority of the city's rich and powerful live in the Adventurers Quarter quarter, which is located in the city's northeastern corner. It is bordered by the Mudsitters District to the west and the Wharf District to the south. Read the "Adventurers Quarter" portion of the Obsidian Bay article for more information.
