Shield District
From The Griffin's Crier
The Shield District is home to Obsidian Bay's military academy and command office as well as numerous defense related tradesmen (including hostlers, fletchers, and blacksmiths). It is bordered by the Adventurers Quarter to the west and the High Quarter to the south. Read the "Shield District" portion of the Obsidian Bay article for more information.
