The Knights of the Fist rarely frequent the barracks, as they are charged with fighting border actions on the frontier. There is always at least one token knight left here to serve as a liasion to the city and the other orders, as well as perhaps one or two others. Any more than that is rare. The chapterhouse is mostly populated by support staff for the knights.
