A neurotic, slightly insane human male who stumbled into Blue after escaping the ruins of Brantis Hold. He had become a drunkard, living on handouts and trash, when he was ambushed by a band of Blue thieves. He was saved from certain death when all four of the thieves suddenly attacked him … and fell on their own daggers.

They died, and Nerrandez instantly proclaimed his faith and undying devotion to the god of chance and misfortune, Ralishaz. He is now the leading voice of Ralishaz in Blue, but few in the religious establishment take him seriously.
