Jasper Silverbreak is the charismatic guildmaster of the The Guild of Professional Locksmiths and Trapfinders, and is credited with bringing the guild back from oblivion after its formal disbanding in CY 583.
A veteran of the guild from before its leaders turned to evil, and plotted the overthrow of the city's government; he is believed to be a friend of Jander Drachen, Obsidian Bay's spymaster.
He's more likely to be seen in the Hall of Councils negotiating with individuals from other guilds and businesses than in the Professionals' Guildhall in the Wharf District. He trusts his right-hand man, the drow Zilaznes, to watch over the guild in his absence so that he can focus on rebuilding the guild's reputation and connections.
