The fortress of the Admiralty is home to the leaders, sailors and marines of the Obsidian Bay Navy.
A huge, foreboding structure, the fortress can house over 1,000 men in times of war, and indeed served as the city's primary guard barracks in its earliest days. The building is now given over entirely to the navy.
Several docks jut out from the Admiralty pier, and are home to a variety of official ships, including several war galleys, deep-sailing ships, and coastal skiffs.
