An ominious, black-washed, three-story building that's home to one of the most powerful trade guilds in the city.
The first floor is given over to the guild's public offices and reception areas, while the second is reserved for captain's offices, clerking, and cartography.
Each of the Darksea Lords maintains large, expansive offices on the third floor. The building also includes an extensive sub-basement which doubles as a warehouse for the guild's most expensive trade goods.
Security for the building is provided by members of the Sellsword Guild.

- Darksea Guild: The Darksea Guild is one of the most powerful commerical guilds in the city, with its so called "Lords" of the guild owning nearly three dozen trading vessels.
- Sellsword Guild: This mercenary adventuring guild provides security for the Darksea Guildhall.
