Jander Drachen is Obsidian Bay's spymaster and the leader of its covert operatives, the Nightsearchers. This only recently became public knowledge during the Fall of Obsidian Bay; prior to the fall he was known primarly as a merchantman with extremely good connections around the city and the Azure Sea.
