The Sewerman's Guildhall is a squat, rundown stone building with a poorly repaired thatch roof. It is home to the 100-odd individuals charged with maintaining the city's sewer system ... and dealing with the monstrocities that lurk in it.
The upper hall has a common area where workers wait for their next assignment, or retire to after a job. It also includes the guildmaster's office, an armory, and a repair shop (where the workers' leather armor is repaired).
The Lower Level -- accessible only to guild members -- holds extensive maps of the sewer system, as well as the various natural tunnels and caverns that connect the system to the UnderOerth.
