The Dwarkardumm (literally Clan Home) is the ruling council of Khelez-Mar (most dwarven settlements have a similar organizational structure though names vary from Clan to Clan).
The Dwarkardumm is made up of the heads of all of the major clans in Khelez-Mar, the high priests of all of the dwarven religions with an organized presence in Khelez-Mar, and certain other worthy dwarves who are appointed to the position of ThoHar (Noble Stalwarts), widely recognized as prestigious heroes by the community (currently, Luc Krolnochack, D'klar Ironforge and Moraim of Ulla hold this post).
The Dwarkardumm is led by the head of the leading clan and is given the honorific Du in front of their Clan name to denote their special status. In Khelez-Mar, this is Thror DuBak.
