Overview

Belgold is an aristocratic mage who's taken an exceptional interest in sources of power beyond the arcane and divine. Aside from the few lone psions -- none of whom are known in the city -- he is the foremost expert on the subject in Obsidian Bay. Indeed, even members of the fabled Obsidian Tower come to consult him on such matters.

His family fortune -- secured by his father, Grageon Pegason, late of the Griffins Guild -- allows him to dedicate all of his time to research. He is publicly known as a collector of fine, rare and unique crystals; members of the Guild of Wizardry also known that he has a keen interest in buying items of potential psionic items.

Although a consultant of the Guild of Wizardry, he is not a member. He maintains a home in the High Quarter.
