The Church of St. Cuthbert's primary building in Obsidian Bay -- the Bulwark -- is a huge, two-floored, two-winged squat structure that still manages to loom over congregants.
The main portion of the building spans two floors, and is given over primarily to a large worship area and a handful of booths for punishment/personal reflection. The office of the church's spiritual leader -- Ironsoul -- can also be found here, as can the office for the church's Second Billet. The two-floored west wing of the building holds the church's administrative offices including rooms for training, scribing, and records.
The eastern wing is used as a barracks and 30 armed and armored Cuthbertians can be found there at all times, ready to be dispatched at a moments notice to any location in the city. At least twice this number of loyal followers are out on patrol at almost every hour of the day. Return to top
