A dive of a tavern in Obsidain Bay's Wharf District, the Dagger Down is so bad it makes the Blackened Stump look good.
It's located about three blocks from the city's docks, and as such, smells constantly of rotting fish and sewer waste. It's normal patrons are freeman on the lowest rungs of Obsidian Bay society, many of whom dislike elves because of their refusal to aid Obsidian Bay in its war.
It's lately grown popular with members of the Sellsword Guild.
