Galtis "Slickblade" Neitersmit was the leader of the [[Brainsmasher Gang], which terrorized the Mudsitters District of Obsidian Bay in CY 586. He was actually under the mental control of the magical dagger [Slickblade]. He was killed -- and the dagger recovered -- by the Blackrazor Guild in Readying CY 586.

The blade was turned over to the city at the same time, but it was lost when Obsidian Bay fell to the Dark Circle and the Scarlet Brotherhood. The current location of the dagger is unknown.
