Garth is a young acolyte of Ulaa sent from the Principality of Ulek at the request of Moraim for help with the Shrine of Ulaa. His personality is rather unsure, so while he is officially a part of the Church of Ulaa, Moraim uses him as a "gofer" and children's sermons.

In early CY 592 Garth traveled with several other adventurers looking for a group of missing children. Though most of the children have returned, Garth and his group have not been seen since.
