Bardal is a Halfling raised in the Free city of Greyhawk. When he was of age he joined up with an Elven mercenary crew. While he learned a lot there, he never found the life he was seeking. So he recently decided to travel to the city of Seltaren, hoping to link up with a group fighting one of the various wars to the north or south. While on the road he discovered that the infamous Blackrazor Guild of Obsidian Bay was looking for new recruits. Knowning their recent reputation helping to save all of the Pomarj, he decided to see if he could win a space with them.
